I'm a licensed massage therapist who's been practicing a wide range of body work techniques since 2002. Freya-py (Freya's Therapy) is a combination of Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Positional Release, and Lymphatic Drainage techniques.
